Before Testing

  • No. Participation in Sunbears Beta Program is completely voluntary, and you don’t need to be an existing user/subscriber to participate in.

  • Yes, the Sunbears Beta Program is for individuals passionate about sports technology or looking for better solution tools for their sports team. After registration and filling out the questionnaire, our team will send you an official welcome letter if your application meets our requirements and is approved - and you’re good to go!

  • We appreciate your enthusiasm! Yes, you can invite others to join the Beta program. Please ask them to register on our Beta page.

  • We will email you an official invitation with the details for the testing round, and a reference survey to choose which add-on you would like to try and confirm your participation.

    If you do not reply or select "no," we will assume you are unavailable for this testing session.

  • No. To ensure the testing stability, we will shuffle the testers each time.

  • The Sunbears Beta Program is a continuous recruitment model. The testing session only occurs before our official launch of major updates/upgrades, approximately 1-2 times a year. Please refer to the Upcoming Testing section in our webpage for the latest announcement.

  • As a participant, you’ll get early access to new features and products, the chance to influence the development of a leading sports team tool, and the opportunity to connect with a community of sports and tech enthusiasts. Your insights will directly contribute to the success of sports teams worldwide. Additionally, once we receive your completed feedback, you'll get a one-month/30-day subscription to our All-in-One full team bundle. This bundle is valued at USD$139.99 per month and is crafted with the input of coaches, trainers, and players from around the world.

  • Yes! Your privacy is important to Sunbears and we are committed to being transparent about what information we collect about you, and how it is used and shared. Please refer to our Privacy Notice for more details.

  • By signing up for the program, you’ll get regular updates and beta testing campaign information firsthand.

During Testing

  • The duration may vary depending on the goal of each release; however, the testing time typically lasts between 3 to 4 weeks. This allows us to gather substantial feedback, identify and fix any bugs, and make necessary adjustments based on user input.

  • If you encounter any technical issues during testing, please contact our support team via email or LINE chat. We’re here to assist you and ensure a smooth testing experience.

  • We appreciate detailed and constructive feedback. We will provide you with a form (like Google Forms) to make it easier for you to submit your feedback without having to handwrite everything. The more specific you are about your experience, issues, and suggestions, the better we can improve Sunbears.

  • Yes, you will have access to our support team throughout the testing period and during the one-month All-in-One period. We offer free full setup and service needed to ensure you have the best experience.

After Testing

  • After the Beta testing period ends, we will review all feedback and make necessary adjustments to the software. Upon receipt of your completed feedback, we will promptly issue a one-month/30-day All-in-One bundle coupon to the provided email address. We will also keep you informed about the launch of the final version and any additional opportunities to participate in future Beta programs.

  • Since Beta testing is performed after our internal Alpha testing and before the product launch, the beta version is usually at least 90% complete. However, some details of functionality/features may still be adjusted based on the feedback collected, so it may differ slightly from the final released version.

  • Yes, you can choose not to participate in any particular test — or opt out of the program — anytime by unsubscribing from the email list, by following the unsubscribe link on any of the Beta Program emails.

  • Your feedback will be used to improve Sunbears, but it will not be publicly attributed to you without your consent. We value your privacy and will handle your feedback with care and confidentiality.
