Sunbears Sports Team Tool and Sunbears Playback are currently available for clubs and teams in American football, basketball, football, futsal, ice hockey, and rugby. However, teams from other sports are also welcome to try out our schedule and basic team management functions, which are included in Sunbears Freemium.

Sunbears and ONE TAP SPORTS both support sports teams, but they serve different purposes.
Sunbears is a team software platform designed for match recording, performance tracking, and injury assessment. It provides tools for coaches, trainers, and medical staff to monitor player performance, analyze matches, and improve team management. It also includes real-time match event tracking through Sunbears Playback.
ONE TAP SPORTS is a condition management system that helps teams track athlete health and performance. Players input daily condition data such as fatigue levels, body temperature, and sleep, allowing coaches and trainers to monitor and manage their overall well-being. It is primarily used for injury prevention, conditioning, and athlete workload management.
In short, Sunbears is team-focused, supporting match performance, injury tracking, and management, while ONE TAP SPORTS is athlete-condition-focused, helping teams monitor individual player health and readiness.

Currently, users can access our site in English and Japanese.

Sunbears can be accessed from any device, as long as you have a working web browser. We recommend that you access the Sunbears desktop site (sunbears.com) from a computer or tablet, as smartphone screens tend to be too small to comfortably view all features. However, mobile.sunbears.com is our Mobile version, fully optimized for smartphones.
The mobile version is a PWA (Progressive Web App) and in this way it will work on most devices with the same user experience (UX) level.

As for browsers, you can use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, and Safari. However, Sunbears is optimized for Chrome, so we recommend you to use Chrome.
Sunbears has a dedicated mobile application using PWA technology which is platform independent but best user experience will be provided by Chrome.

If you are signing up for a free plan, no credit card information is required. Paid subscriptions will require you to input credit card information.

You can pay by credit or debit card. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, mastercard, JCB, DC, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We provide a secure payment process powered by Stripe. If you are still not sure about compatibility, please check Stripe for further details and up-to-date information.

Yes, please click on the verification URL within 12 hours after receiving the email to get your account approved.

Yes, if you do not have a Sunbears account already, you must create a free account in order to be invited to a team page. Once you have signed up with your email or social media profile, have an admin of the team invite you via your email address. You will receive a notification on your Team Room prompting you to accept a request; accept the request and you're in!
You can join a team either by getting invited by its administrators or sending a join request that they can accept. Any time you log in to Sunbears and you have a pending invitation, the invitation is shown in a popup window. You can either accept or reject it, but once you have rejected it, you won't be able to accept it again until you are sent another invitation.
You can send your request to join a team by sending a message to the team's administrator at the Lobby or at Account Settings. You can also overview your pending join requests on the corresponding tab in the Account Settings.

On the owner account, click the "Store & Billing" tab on the left-hand side of the Team Room. Here you can choose whatever plans you would like add or remove, review your card, and the changes will be reflected immediately (however, please refresh the page). Any billing changes will be reflected on the following month's invoice.

When you sign up for Sunbears, you won't be automatically subscribed to our newsletter. We respect your choice and only send newsletters to those who opt in. However, we recommend subscribing to receive valuable tips for maximizing Sunbears, insights from sports professionals, and the latest on promotions and discounts. If you prefer not to subscribe, stay informed with our regularly updated 'What's New' blog for all the latest Sunbears news and features.

If your payment fails and no backup payment information is provided, your subscription may be suspended. To avoid the hassle of losing any data unnecessarily, please ensure your payment information is up-to-date, and end any subscribed plans properly on the Store & Billing page if you wish to stop using Sunbears for any amount of time.

For users with paid add-on packages, your stored information will be kept for 180 days after you cancel your subscription. During this time, your data is automatically archived, so you can easily pick up where you left off if you decide to come back.

Currently, it is not possible for customers to apply more than one coupon at a time in Sunbears.
