Unfortunately, our Freemium accounts don't have access to this feature just yet. But don't worry, we're working on it and it'll be available soon! Make sure to stay in the loop by subscribing to our mailing list.

Yes, the primary schedule function is included in the Freemium plan! However, additional functions of the schedule feature are available through various add-ons. Please refer our Pricing page for more.
-
The Google Calendar function can be accessed both on the Matches page (Match Management package required), and on the Schedule page (Drill Creation package required).
The Google Calendar integration allows you to synchronize calendar data with your personal Google Calendar if you wish to do so. Even if you are part of more than one team on Sunbears, you can keep track of as many teams as you wish.

In order to collect attendance for each session, 2 things need to happen:
1. Assign players for the session in the Schedule edit window. This can be done by inputting a group or lineup of specific players for the session. Additionally, if the "invite all active players" box is checked, the group/lineup can be left blank and all active players on the team will see the attendance status prompt on Schedule.
2. Players need to submit their absences and irregular attendance statuses via mobile.sunbears.com on the Schedule page. Players who do not respond will be automatically calculated as attending.

Sending notifications about schedule changes is done on the desktop version of Sunbears. On your Schedule page (the calendar), click event you wish to change. Edit the event as you need, and then click the checkbox at the top of the window that says "Notify My Team." By clicking this checkbox, the system will alert all relevant members that an aspect about the schedule has changed, visible in Notifications on mobile.sunbears.com. Change alerts are also visible by viewing the desktop schedule, indicated with a red bell icon on the event.
