Sunbears Add-ons

  • Instead of strict overall plans that most sports team software offers, Sunbears offers add-on packages that contain extended functionalities such as stats visualization, drill library, injury record assessment, etc., that allow you to customize your sports team tool based on specific requirements, budgets, and team preferences.

  • Currently, Sunbears add-ons are available for teams and clubs in American Football, Basketball, Football (Soccer), Futsal, Rugby, and Ice Hockey. However, teams of other sports are also welcome to try out our schedule and basic team management functions, which are included in Sunbears Freemium.

  • Besides a few one-time purchase add-ons available to enhance the user experience, we offer four single add-ons and two bundle add-ons for monthly subscriptions. For additional information, please refer to our page on Function Add-On Packages.

  • Yes, you can purchase and use all add-ons even if you're not the team admin. To do so, simply register yourself as the team owner by signing up for a new account. Then select "Create Team", choose your preferred sports, and create your own team account. This account will enable you to select and purchase any add-on you desire.

  • Of course you can! You're welcome to subscribe to as many add-ons as you like, whenever you need them. And if you want the full Sunbears experience, we also have the All-in-One bundle that includes all the goodies you need for your team.

  • For users with paid add-on packages, your stored information will be kept for 180 days after you cancel your subscription. During this time, your data is automatically archived, so you can easily pick up where you left off if you decide to come back.

  • To cancel your package, first navigate to the Store & Billing page on your account. Under "Current Plan" on the left side of the page, you can view and manage existing packages in your subscription. To cancel any package, click "Cancel," and continue to your cart using the blue cart button that appears at the top of the page. Follow through the prompts in Cart to complete the cancellation. Changes to your monthly total will be reflected on the next invoice. Once canceled, the service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

    We do not offer full refunds except under the following conditions:

    - If a purchase was accidentally made due to any reason within 48 hours, you can request a refund by contacting us: contact@sunbears.com

    - A system malfunction caused a problem or your account was terminated without cause.
