If you're looking for an affordable and reliable way to manage your team's information, our Team Management Adv. add-on is the perfect fit. It's a simple yet effective system that allows you to keep your team's data safe and easily accessible from any location. This add-on is designed for teams that don't require the more advanced tracking or creative features offered by Sunbears. With our Team Management Adv. add-on, you can rest assured that your team's information is always organized and available to your staff whenever they need it.

The Team Management Advanced feature set is $29.99/mo, as a monthly addition (no contract needed). After signing up, you can enter the Store & Billing section and purchase it. Your new functions can be used immediately right after purchase.

After logging in to your Team Room, under “Bears Admin”, within each section, you can click the top left "Add" button or check individual boxes to remove items. To edit individual item information, simply click on that item.

Besides a few one-time purchase add-ons available to enhance the user experience, we offer four single add-ons and two bundle add-ons for monthly subscriptions. For additional information, please refer to our page on Function Add-On Packages.

On the owner account, click the "Store & Billing" tab on the left-hand side of the Team Room. Here you can choose whatever plans you would like add or remove, review your card, and the changes will be reflected immediately (however, please refresh the page). Any billing changes will be reflected on the following month's invoice.

If your payment fails and no backup payment information is provided, your subscription may be suspended. To avoid the hassle of losing any data unnecessarily, please ensure your payment information is up-to-date, and end any subscribed plans properly on the Store & Billing page if you wish to stop using Sunbears for any amount of time.

For users with paid add-on packages, your stored information will be kept for 180 days after you cancel your subscription. During this time, your data is automatically archived, so you can easily pick up where you left off if you decide to come back.

Currently, there are a few one-time purchase add-ons available simply to enhance the user experience. These add-ons are yours forever once purchased, and never expire.
We will continue updating the store with new, useful add-ons occasionally, so refer to the Store & Billing page for more information. One-time purchase add-ons can be easily found by setting the "one-time payment" filter on the store search.
