ADMIN top feature

• A medical role was created besides the staff role, and the statistics role has been removed. Now the MEDICAL role functions as the staff role; the only difference is that for medical staff, you can assign medical staff positions, and for simple staff, you can assign all the others.

• DRILL COACH role renamed to DRILL CREATOR

• COACH, DRILL CREATOR, STAFF and MEDICAL roles accesses now adjusted to requirements

• STAFF and MEDICAL roles now have special access to specific features, which can be set in the SUPERADMIN's Staff Positions menu (like Team Manager, S&C Coach, etc.)

• Player and Staff assignment and unassignment fixed on PWA

• Staff emails are now shown on Sent Emails tab even if the user sent it on the User page instead of the Staff page

• Staff emails now have an end line which contains the sender's email, so now they can reply to this email address easily

• Staff invitation name duplication fixed

• Staff staff invitation dialog now shows the assigned role and fills out email field automatically

• EAP PDF improving by fixing text displays and landscape images in more significant resolution

• Buy Now button added to payment information dialog when user try to buy something (instead of "Save" button)

• The actual selected plan is now highlighted (to be able to spot which one we are currently editing or deleting)
